{"id":148515,"date":"2026-02-27T05:51:23","date_gmt":"2026-02-27T05:51:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-contracts-management-department-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-02-27T05:51:23","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T05:51:23","slug":"were-hiring-contracts-management-department-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-contracts-management-department-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Contracts Management Department Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and getting ratified department operating structure and department operating processes and procedures based on the PMM processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Functional compliance for awarded contracts in the areas of:<\/li>\n<li>Performance<\/li>\n<li>Guarantees<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing and payment<\/li>\n<li>Change management<\/li>\n<li>Claims<\/li>\n<li>Preliminary and final handover<\/li>\n<li>Defects and warranty<\/li>\n<li>Close-out<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining functional responsibility for contract administrators assigned to Clusters and Business units.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing the capability of the Clients existing contracts staff and recommending appropriate roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the Contracts Management Section knowledge transfer program, which includes comprehensive on-the-job learning.<\/li>\n<li>Review change requests and claims and recommend them for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting other departments with contracts formation and management services (i.e. templates for consultants services contracts, General Engineering Services contracts, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>NWCs consolidated list of approved contractors, consultants and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Support NWC in reviewing the commercial part of the bid packages.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the adherence of contracts to the government and clients contractual and procurement regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper implementation of project close-out processes and procedures according to PMM.<\/li>\n<li>Review project suspension and withdrawal requests and recommend for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Informs themselves of the relevant quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies, as well as manuals and procedures within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager\/supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa9c58fa37d9e66982384c6992eb7e8f28?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Developing and getting ratified department operating structure and department operating processes and procedures based on the PMM processes and procedures.
