Works closely with product owners and collaborates with engineers across multiple teams within the same domain. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>Core Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Analyzes user and product requirements to design efficient application architecture and workflows.<\/span>Develops and maintains complex Flutter applications with a focus on performance optimization and responsive UI across iOS and Android platforms.<\/span>Integrates Flutter applications with native modules (Swift, Kotlin) and third-party SDKs to extend functionality.<\/span>Follows the software development life cycle to implement new features through substantial programming effort.<\/span>Partners with quality assurance to define and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, widget, and integration tests.<\/span>Creates automated test suites and ensures continuous integration and delivery of pipelines for mobile applications.<\/span>Documents and maintains defects and enhancements in the company issue management system.<\/span>Defines and iterates configuration parameters to allow applications to best meet system and user needs.<\/span>Builds monitoring and alerting for live mobile applications and services.<\/span>Repairs, restores, and optimizes mobile application performance and reliability.<\/span>Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.<\/span>Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.<\/span>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/span>Additional Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Design and develop new mobile platform capabilities while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of Flutter-based applications.<\/span>Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to build, enhance, and maintain core mobile features and supporting infrastructure.<\/span>Drive improvements in automation, developer tooling, and onboarding documentation for Flutter development.<\/span>Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root-cause analysis for mobile application issues.<\/span>Expectations<\/b><\/span>Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.<\/span>Own the customer experience \u2013 think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.<\/span>Know your stuff \u2013 be enthusiastic about learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.<\/span>Win as a team \u2013 make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.<\/span>Drive results and growth.<\/span>Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.<\/span>Do what’s right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>12 + years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.<\/span>Proven experience shipping and maintaining at least one major app on the App Store\/Play Store.<\/span>Strong knowledge of Dart language and Flutter framework internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and performance tuning.<\/span>Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design).<\/span>Knowledge of accessibility and internationalization best practices in Flutter.<\/span>Hands-on experience with advanced state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod) and dependency injection.<\/span>Practical experience integrating Flutter with native iOS and Android modules using \u201cAdd to App\u201d and platform channels.<\/span>Demonstrated experience in writing and maintaining unit, widget, and integration tests for robust application quality.<\/span>Track record of delivering projects end-to-end from design and implementation to testing and documentation.<\/span>Experience with CI\/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Gradle, Fastlane, etc.) and automated build processes for mobile apps.<\/span>Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in mobile applications.<\/span>Practical experience deploying and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play, including release management.<\/span>Experience collaborating in diverse, cross-functional teams.<\/span>Strong commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within engineering teams.<\/span>Experience: 12 To 15 Years<\/span>Location: Chennai<\/span>Disclaimer:<\/b><\/p>\n
