The Project Manager is responsible for project planning and monitoring the process and progress to ensure smooth implementation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Project Planning and Coordination <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans for curriculum readiness, ensuring alignment with the program&#8217;s overall goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones related to curriculum design, approval, and distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with educational policymakers, curriculum developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with national educational standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all curriculum-related materials are ready for distribution and implementation within established deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Curriculum Development and Implementation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into curriculum readiness and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that curriculum delivery methods are effective and accessible, leveraging digital platforms where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the distribution and deployment of curriculum materials across schools, ensuring readiness before Day 1.<\/li>\n<li>Create and review executive reports and adopt necessary recommendations for management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Training and Support for Curriculum Utilization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the Staff and Teachers Project Manager to ensure teachers receive adequate training on curriculum implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops and training sessions to familiarize educators with new curriculum materials and teaching methods.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing support to schools and educators to address curriculum-related challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Quality Assurance and Compliance <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure curriculum materials meet the highest quality standards, aligning with both local and international educational benchmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee curriculum testing and validation processes to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Stakeholder Engagement and Communication <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for curriculum-related activities, engaging with departments, curriculum experts, and school administrations.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, resolve issues, and align on curriculum readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver progress reports to program leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Risk and Issue Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and address potential risks that may impact curriculum readiness, including delays in content approval or material distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a risk register and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.<\/li>\n<li>Address issues promptly, ensuring they do not affect the program&#8217;s Day 1 objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Continuous Improvement and Innovation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporate lessons learned from previous curriculum readiness projects to improve planning and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Explore and implement innovative approaches to curriculum delivery, including the use of technology and blended learning models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Experience:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Skills and Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Project Management, or a related field.
