Read complex blueprints, bill of materials, and other specifications to determine product requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Select fixtures, part holding, and tooling to machine parts as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Set up Rotors in CNC Lathe and machine to the specifications with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Operate CNC lathe with Fanuc 31i controller.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, depth and angle of cut according to established guidelines and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Align center of rotor or shaft within 0.001 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Perform accurate dimensional measurement of rotor using CNC lathe.<\/li>\n<li>Perform dynamic balancing of rotor and components of rotor using balancing machine<\/li>\n<li>Give directions to fitters about balance correction based on result of balancing machine.<\/li>\n<li>Give directions to fitters about runout correction of impeller based on result of runout measurement with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Give directions to crane operator about handling of rotor.<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC lathe and VTL as required.<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks on balancing machine as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa68c4db1dcb0bd8dfc4da73abeba77b60?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Review specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence and dimensions.
