CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:<\/b><\/span>To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.<\/span>ACADEMIC \/ PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:<\/b><\/span>Degree in Poultry Processing \/Food Technology or related discipline Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of international Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP. Computer literate.<\/span>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:<\/b><\/span>Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment. Experience in high volume operational environment. Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce Experience in finalizing plans \/targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities. Maintain safe working environment and minimizing accidents. Exposure in automated process control production COMPETENCIES:<\/span>Graduation Degree in Poultry or Food Science. Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards. Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce cost and improve service level. Co-operative with superiors peers and subordinates. Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce. Able to develop a team environment and boost the output level of employees. Able to work in co-ordination with multicultural workforce. Able to train people for required jobs and develop a multicultural workforce.<\/p>\n
