{"id":14761,"date":"2024-12-25T10:59:08","date_gmt":"2024-12-25T10:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/field-services-supervisor-downhole\/"},"modified":"2024-12-25T10:59:08","modified_gmt":"2024-12-25T10:59:08","slug":"field-services-supervisor-downhole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/field-services-supervisor-downhole\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Services Supervisor (Downhole)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reports to: Field Services Engineer<br \/>\n       Category: FTE<br \/>\n       Unit \/ Division \/ Department \/ Section: Field Services<br \/>\n       Location: Eastern Region &#8211; KSA (Onshore \/ Offshore Rigs)<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>JOB PURPOSE<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Perform the field services offered to our clients at the rig location for running NM Tubulars as per FPI procedures, policies, and contract requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Contract Scope<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Witness the make-up and break-out of NM tubulars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect the fiberglass pipes before and after running.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the chemicals&#8217; expiry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Teflon Tape and TF-15 Lubricant Application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Have the pipes jointed as per the approved FPI running procedures to meet quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise issues regarding clause conflicts to provide solutions prior to project execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Field Services Manager during the field testing and trials of new products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Planning and Control of Site Work Activities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and control site execution to meet schedules on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate activities so outputs meet budget requirements and quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Documentation &#038; Records<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have all site reports filled according to the Site Quality Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all activities are documented at the site to meet company and audit requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce periodically field deployments reports for management review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide all required documentation for client&#8217;s invoice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Control of Tools and Equipment \/ Asset Inventories<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all tools are returned in good condition after completion of the assigned project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track vehicle usage and schedule regular maintenance for long life performance of the vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Direction and motivation of subordinates<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Train and motivate employees to perform their duties to the required standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor work performance based on H&#038;S Standards and client requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> HSE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Report unsafe acts, incidents, or safety violations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Span of Communication<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal: Line Managers, R&#038;D, Projects, Market Development, Production and QC Departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa5cc8851cba01582b4cb24070bb52071c?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reports to: Field Services Engineer Category: FTE Unit \/ Division \/ Department \/ Section: Field Services Location: Eastern Region &#8211; KSA (Onshore \/ Offshore Rigs) JOB PURPOSE Perform the field services offered to our clients at the rig location for running NM Tubulars as per FPI procedures, policies, and contract requirements.
