Someone who thrives under the sun, lives for high vibes, and leads with heart and hustle.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A little taste of your day-to-day:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Every day is different, but you&#8217;ll mostly do: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Trader Vics bar, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and manage the bar team to maintain a motivated, professional, and guest-focused environment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a diverse and innovative beverage menu, including signature cocktails aligned with the venue&#8217;s concept and brand.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a vibrant and engaging atmosphere is maintained throughout all operating hours, aligning with the premium beachside experience expected at InterContinental Muscat.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage stock levels, inventory controls, ordering, and cost management to support operational efficiency and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Food &#038; Beverage leadership team to continually enhance the identity, performance, and reputation of the beach bar offering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we need from you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, a confident presence, and the ability to engage guests in a warm and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Holds substantial experience in premium hospitality environments, preferably within luxury resorts or high-end bar operations, in a supervisory or senior bartender capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach and the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses in-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, spirits, and bar operations, with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Displays a balanced combination of creativity and professionalism, with a clear focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Committed to fostering a positive, safe, and service-oriented atmosphere for both guests and team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you can expect from us:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
