We execute client centric test scripts and scenarios that are linked to specific detailed user personas and user stories to drive tailored results for our clients . Through our testing managed services we focus on maximizing testing execution with transparency of outcomes with the goal of minimizing go-live risk and post go-live issues. As part of our testing as a service offering we work across a variety of enterprise level technology platforms and solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow and more.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Performance Test Lead_SA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Performance Test Lead, you will lead the Automation Testing of solutions for client transformation programmes. This will involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create performance test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test execution, results analysis and provide insight into potential performance issues and deliverables related to performance testing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide updates on testing progress, lead a team of Performance Engineers to clearly define test plans, tasks, schedule, and execution of performance testing activities, and identify &#8211; performance issues prior to &#8211; reaching production.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns and issues when creating test scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and help remediate performance issues observed during testing.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other members in the IT organization to understand and achieve objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate performance tests in CI\/CD pipeline and establish a continuous build and test cycle<\/li>\n<li>Develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Provide input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices and efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of Performance Engineering experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with Performance Testing tool(i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues<\/li>\n<li>Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in the different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> JD Template-Compliance, Analytics &#038; Reports Testing, Performance Testing-Senior Associate-Operate- Senior Associate &#8211; Operate &#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Field CAN be edited<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Field CANNOT be edited<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Summary &#8211;<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>A career in our Managed Services team will provide you with an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology.
