Responsibilities & Key Deliverables<\/span>1. Deliver the flawless software to customers after rigorous validation<\/span>2. Plan the resources, budget<\/span>3. Managing the operations of the team<\/span>4. Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate EV systems and components<\/span>5. Analyse test results to identify and document the defects<\/span>6. Develop and maintain test automation scripts<\/span>7. Develop and maintain test environments<\/span>8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality<\/span>9. Develop and maintain test documentation, metrics, reports<\/span>10. Troubleshoot and debug test failures<\/span>11. Support in validating the homologation requirements.
\n 12. Support in finding the root cause of field concerns and incorporate the learnings in validation<\/span>Experience<\/b><\/span>12-16 Years<\/span>Industry Preferred<\/span>Automotive Industry<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>BE\/ME (Electrical\/Electronics\/Mechanical)<\/span>General Requirements<\/b><\/span>– Good Knowledge in EV Vehicle system architecture and validation.<\/span>– Good knowledge on Automotive Regulations and Standards (e.g. AIS, ISO, SAE)<\/span>– Ability to understand customer requirements.
\n – Ability to define test cases and reproduce the issues.
