Financial Performance & Profitability<\/span>\uf0a7 Full accountability for company P&L, EBITDA, and Net Profit.<\/span>\uf0a7 Drive margin improvement through pricing strategy, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.<\/span>\uf0a7 Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews with the Board.<\/span>\uf0a7 Ensure disciplined capital allocation and return on investment for growth initiatives.<\/span>3. Operational Excellence<\/span>\uf0a7 Set and own company-wide operational performance standards across all functions.<\/span>\uf0a7 Ensure scalability, consistency, and resilience of operations to support.<\/span>\uf0a7 Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.<\/span>\uf0a7 Hold executive team accountable for operational outcomes through clear KPIs.<\/span>4. Organization, Leadership & Culture<\/span>\uf0a7 Lead, develop, and evaluate senior leadership team across key functions.<\/span>\uf0a7 Build a high-performance, accountable culture aligned with the company\u2019s\u2019 values and strategic ambitions.<\/span>\uf0a7 Ensure organizational readiness for growth, including structure, capabilities, and talent depth.<\/span>\uf0a7 Drive succession planning and leadership development to ensure long-term sustainability.<\/span>5.
