In this role, you will identify talent across multiple channels, create talent maps, manage data within the ATS, and execute online sourcing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support hiring needs across regions and help identify critical talent aligned with the company\u2019s workforce plan.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>ROLE PROFILE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talent Identification: Identify and deliver high quality candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining methodologies, external networks, professional organizations, social media, online branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Talent Mapping: Create talent maps to identify top talent within targeted industries and regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>ATS Utilization: Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) \u2013 to manage candidate data, track sourcing efforts, and build talent networks as well generate potential talent leads and match to open requisitions. Regularly update candidate profiles and networks to ensure that the information stored is accurate, up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TA BPs) to understand the business talent requirements and support ongoing talent searches as well as long term hiring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Sourcing: working with the Sourcing Lead, develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the organization&#8217;s talent needs and workforce plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and emerging sourcing techniques to maintain a competitive advantage.
