Supervisors, Team Leaders, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and WHS Associates.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor team productivity and performance KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met, Drive accountability and foster a high-performance culture.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for the DC team for daily and weekly operational priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SWIs (Standard Work Instructions) are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated training records and ensure continuous capability development across the team, drive standardization aligned with regional requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and sustain 5S methodology across the site, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize space utilization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full operational readiness and compliance with internal and external requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the site, ensure compliance with all HSSE policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow-ups, ensure findings, audits, and safety inspections are properly addressed and closed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure team medical check-ups and safety programs are conducted as required.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for country authorities regarding truck\/order clearances and other regulatory matters.<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage monthly invoicing processes, manage quarterly Purchase Orders (POs) and annual budget planning.<\/li>\n<li>Align closely with local finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives, monitor operational expenses and ensure financial targets are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional support with Procurement, Finance, HSSE, and other country teams.<\/li>\n<li>Handle escalations involving local DSV entities, government bodies (MEA), vendors, and landlords.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience with people management<\/li>\n<li>3 years minimum working experience within Supply Chain Management or 3PL operations<\/li>\n<li>P&#038;L acumen<\/li>\n<li>Change management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competences<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer management experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in verbal and written communication in English,Arabic(Advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Education level equivalent to bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> DSV &#8211; Global transport and logistics<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working at DSV means playing in a different league.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a global leader in transport and logistics, we have been on an extraordinary journey of growth.
