Job Summary<\/b><\/span>The Site Engineer safely participates in the accomplishment of project objectives through planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, technical direction, compliance with quality standards and procedures.<\/span>Job Responsibilities 1<\/span>Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.<\/span>Supervise activities on-site, including monitoring progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes.<\/span>Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.<\/span>Manage the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and timely delivery to support project requirements.<\/span>Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/span>Provide technical support and guidance to workers and subcontractors, addressing any technical challenges or queries related to operational activities.<\/span>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational activities, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings, to track project milestones and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.<\/span>Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.<\/span>Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost-effective solutions to stay within budget constraints.<\/span>Communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.<\/span>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies<\/span>Job Responsibilities 2<\/span>Additional Responsibilities 3<\/span>Job Knowledge & Skills<\/b><\/span>Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects, including structural design Proficiency in using construction-related tools, equipment, and software applications, such as AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.<\/span>Strong problem-solving skills to analyze construction challenges, identify solutions, and make timely decisions to ensure project progress and quality.<\/span>Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment on-site.<\/span>Effective communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and construction workers, conveying information clearly, resolving conflicts, and facilitating collaboration to achieve project goals.<\/span>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.<\/span>Job Experience<\/b><\/span>Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus<\/span>Competencies<\/b><\/span>Agility<\/span>Resilience<\/span>Quality<\/b><\/span>Leadership<\/b><\/span>Site Logistics L2<\/span>Resource Management L2<\/span>QA\/QC L2<\/span>Plans & Drawings L2<\/span>HSE L2<\/span>Education<\/b><\/span>Profesional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)<\/span>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering<\/p>\n
