Inspect for cleanliness of all areas in the mall.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the weekly \/ monthly &#038; quarterly cleaning schedule are being implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate pest control.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that public areas are cleaned up in emergency situations.<\/li>\n<li>Submit maintenance request to Maintenance and follow up<\/li>\n<li>Inspect for cleanliness and proper amenities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor contractual obligations of outsourced housekeeping staff and report non-compliance issues<\/li>\n<li>Report and document any observed or known safety hazards, injuries, conditions, or unsafe practices and procedures to the cleaning manager.<\/li>\n<li>Issue supplies and equipment to cleaning contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improvements to the customer service and ensure more efficiency in operations.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect areas of the mall to determine needs for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and give recommendations to the cleaning manager.<\/li>\n<li>Checking on fit out units, monitor the workers head count for monthly report.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine common area site inspection (internal &#038; external) and communicate all findings to the concerned Department in order to ensure the highest quality assurance standards are maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate with security to ensure all loading docks are operated as per the Mall rules and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all back-service corridor, fire escape route and staircase are kept clean and free from any obstacles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a guest service or hospitality related industries<\/li>\n<li>Good in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development of self and team.<\/li>\n<li>6 days a week in 8-hour rotational shifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw1213796b21e8d78cea91a9f3f851c2a5?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Monitor on a daily basis the cleaning of mall public areas not limited to (staircases, front of the house, back of the house, loading docks, roofs, parking areas, waste area. etc.).
