SCADA (Electrical) Engineer<\/span>General Requirements:<\/b><\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Strong knowledge of power system operations (generation, transmission, distribution) and integration of substations with SCADA.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Familiarity with SCADA concepts, databases and protocols (ICCP, IEC).<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Proficiency in English (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Awareness of OT\/ICS cybersecurity practices for electrical infrastructure with solid understanding of international standards (ISA, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, etc.) and local regulations.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical \/ computer \/ Electronic Engineering .<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in SCADA system for electrical utilities.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Hand-on experience with GE SCADA system including Historian, Database, communication protocols.<\/span>Core Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Operation & Maintenance of SCADA system at National\/ Distribution control centers.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Configure, update and manage SCADA databases, displays, alarms and trends.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Perform integration and commissioning (End to End test) of new substations into SCADA system.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Ensure SCADA system availability and reliability.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA incidents<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Participate in system upgrades, patching and disaster recovery testing.<\/span>\u00f4\u0080\u0081\u00b8 Work schedule: 8 hrs.\/day, 5 days a week, with emergency call-out support.<\/p>\n
