Bring us your curiosity and capacity to engage people and you can be part of the digital, Omni-channel team that\u2019s driving our huge commercial transformation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of PMFTC products in the outlets<\/li>\n<li>Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targets<\/li>\n<li>Raise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Skill and competencies: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be a graduate of any 4 year course<\/li>\n<li>With driver\u2019s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission<\/li>\n<li>Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling<\/li>\n<li>Field sales exposure is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>With relevant sales\/marketing projects and initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Work Location: Cotabato Sales Offices \u2013 should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by the assigned sales office<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our above market practice on Compensation &#038; Benefits provide you with: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guaranteed 14th month pay<\/li>\n<li>HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents<\/li>\n<li>PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Retirement Plan<\/li>\n<li>Leave Conversion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> At PMI, we are fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
