This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Calling Candidates: Bulk screening and shortlisting of applications through Phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Resume Screening: Help review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.<\/li>\n<li>Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and interview details.<\/li>\n<li>Database Management: Support the maintenance of candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records.<\/li>\n<li>Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance our processes.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Should have good working knowledge in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.
