Using Docusign\u2019s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).<\/span>What you’ll do<\/b><\/span>We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Software Engineering Interns with a background in Computer Science to join our dynamic engineering team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, work on real-world projects, and collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive and innovative environment.<\/span>Responsibility<\/b><\/span>Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications<\/span>Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices<\/span>Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions<\/span>Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software<\/span>Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems<\/span>Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software development processes<\/span>Job Designation<\/b><\/span>Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)<\/span>Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role\/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position’s job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.<\/span>What you bring<\/b><\/span>Basic<\/span>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field<\/span>Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript<\/span>Understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures<\/span>Familiarity with development tools and environments such as Git, IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio, VSCode), and build tools<\/span>Preferred<\/b><\/span>Experience: Previous internship or project experience in software development<\/span>Frameworks: Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) or mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native), web services like REST, GraphQL, AI\/ML ( TensorFlow, Scikit, Keras), JAVA, C# etc<\/span>Databases: Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)<\/span>Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)<\/span>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/span>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others<\/span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/span>Life at Docusign<\/span>Working here<\/span>Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
