The company currently employs a workforce of approximately 4,000 in the Middle East, and a total of 10,000 worldwide.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Marine Surveyor supports Six Construct&#8217;s marine construction activities &#8211; such as jetty, piling, and load-out facility works &#8211; by providing accurate surveying, inspection, and positional control for all offshore and nearshore structures. He\/ She ensures that all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and marine construction requirements. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in bathymetric surveys, barge positioning, and excavator positioning systems, and demonstrate a strong willingness to grow in more advanced survey technologies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct and support bathymetric and topographic surveys for marine and coastal projects.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in barge and excavator positioning operations using GNSS and related systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the project and site teams to support daily construction and dredging activities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of survey reports, drawings, and deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 to10 years of proven expertise in marine surveying within complex marine environments.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or diploma in Geomatics, Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in hydrographic surveying or offshore operations is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified with 3D modelling software (Civil 3D and similar) to prepare and edit models, and extract quantities<\/li>\n<li>Initial knowledge of bathymetric surveys, barge positioning, and excavator positioning systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with hydrographic and positioning equipment and software (e.g., GPS\/GNSS, total stations, dredge monitoring systems).<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in offshore and coastal environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong reporting, communication, and independent work capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Six Construct is guided by our core values of respect, excellence, co-creation, passion, and unity.
