Associate Football Trader (Part-time)<\/span>We are seeking a Football Trader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen on using analytical & people skills to drive the growth of our products. This role is perfect for someone who has a customer first approach, enjoys using data to make decisions and is enthusiastic about continuous learning opportunities within an ever-changing business environment.<\/span>For those in full-time education, flexible support is available to help balance studies with work commitments. However, this does work both ways, as working during evenings and weekends is required.<\/span>What you\u2019ll do<\/span>You will be instrumental in driving our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Some of the core activities you will be involved in include:<\/span>Analysis and presentation of performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Driving strategic business decisions, optimising operational processes, and enhancing overall organisational performance<\/span>Monitoring live betting on various football markets and adjust odds based on real-time data and customer behaviour. You’ll leverage our in-house models and add value by identifying when and how odds should adjust, requiring keen attention to detail and a proactive analytical approach.<\/span>Leading by example and motivating team members towards achieving excellence in all aspects of their work. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas can be shared openly, and innovation is encouraged.<\/span>Continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and bringing a fresh perspective to the team. Implementing best practices and innovative solutions that contribute to operational excellence and better service delivery.<\/span>Developing skills by taking on initiatives outside of operational tasks, including analytics, product management, and people leadership. This role allows you to work closely with and gain exposure from teams across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Technology by completing various projects.<\/span>Taking a customer centric approach to ensure a seamless experience and keep a vigilant eye on competitors to swiftly adapt to market changes. These insights will drive improvements and help maintain our competitive edge.<\/span>How you\u2019ll do it:<\/span>We are seeking an individual who is eager to join and contribute to a high-performance team.
