Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Technical Development<\/span>Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and core features for our SaaS platform.<\/span>Architect solutions based on product requirements and scalable design principles.<\/span>Implement performance improvements, optimization techniques, and scaling strategies.<\/span>Research new technologies and engineer solutions to enhance product capability.<\/span>Team Leadership<\/span>Lead and mentor a team of talented developers to maximize productivity and code quality.<\/span>Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and promote best coding practices.<\/span>Collaboration & Integration<\/span>Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate new features into the platform.<\/span>Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, deployment, and system operations.<\/span>DevOps & Deployment<\/span>Support configuration management, deployment processes, and environment setup.<\/span>Work with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins) and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker).<\/span>Culture<\/b><\/span>Work remotely, collaborate effectively, and contribute to building world\u00e2\u0080\u0091class software.<\/span>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Technical Expertise<\/b><\/span>3+ years of hands\u00e2\u0080\u0091on experience with Ruby on Rails 5.2+ and Ruby 2.5.1+.<\/span>Strong understanding of object\u00e2\u0080\u0091oriented programming and metaprogramming.<\/span>Experience building and maintaining Microservices-based architectures.<\/span>Knowledge of distributed application design patterns and multi\u00e2\u0080\u0091data\u00e2\u0080\u0091source management.<\/span>Proficient with Linux and Windows operating systems and their command-line tools.<\/span>Strong experience with SQL Databases (MySQL\/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (Cassandra\/MongoDB).<\/span>Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as RSpec and Cucumber.<\/span>Deployment & Cloud<\/span>Knowledge of server configuration management and deployment techniques.<\/span>Hands-on experience with AWS services (good to have).<\/span>Experience with Docker and CI\/CD tools such as Jenkins (good to have).<\/span>Version Control<\/span>Proficient with Git and Git-based workflows<\/p>\n
