The role will support implementation of governance frameworks, audit follow-ups, and preparation of key management reports and presentations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This is a support and coordination role and does not carry independent compliance ownership or decision-making authority.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log and track actions in ATS; monitor progress and ensure timely closure with proper documentation in DMS.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare professional presentations, dashboards, and reports for management.<\/li>\n<li>Support drafting, updating, and coordinating approval of GRC policies and documents (aligned with ISO where applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain compliance trackers and monitoring tools.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with departments, follow up on pending actions, and draft professional communications.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and MoMs, and track action items to closure.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation and evidence compilation (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Assist with departmental risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree (Business Administration, Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in administrative coordination, compliance support, quality, or governance roles.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in documentation and reporting support is required.<br \/><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jobviewtrack.com\/v2\/QzNw75mALSbl0UxUV0lZbFPn1GCNkcMM97TwYFOSHakvlmorfH84rbodUJ9pB-C7d32hCMhyRbgQ8Kj2nHms4NF2SXRSahMdGhOJCsJVmHIvSm3OLCvhzULpZF0z1qfkAOFErZMJKujDE7ByibVppAzHeJ2HIXdOKMcEi27-YuxbHwRuMKkxqb689Z4amtC5RosWIl270ATydvE6TM1_9Q?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role To support the Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance Department in administrative and coordination activities by ensuring effective documentation control, action tracking, reporting, and follow-up of compliance activities.
