Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Data Center Operations Team manages the planning, hardware installation and configuration, optimization, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the data center. Oversees systems performance, the monitoring of equipment and the management of vendor relationships. Responsible for capacity planning and continual assessments for process improvement to ensure that processes are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable. Monitors ongoing practices to ensure consistency with policies, compliance regulations, and control requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available for 24\/7 support as needed. All interested candidates must be willing to work during off-hours for scheduled maintenance, emergencies, and on-call situations.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in hardware break-fix with servers and network appliances.<\/li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work<\/li>\n<li>Fully comply with all physical security procedures and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular audits as required.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center IT equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing vendors in a data centre environment.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the onsite delivery and shipping of all equipment<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work and travel to Neom \/ Dammam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role you have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field, along with relevant certifications and\/or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in data centre operations and or facility operations with a record of increasing role responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the installation of pre-integrated racks, individual servers and network appliances including stacking, wiring and cable management.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of networking\/server architecture and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on process orientation and experience in developing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task several issues.<\/li>\n<li>Open to travel domestically and internationally.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to function independently in ambiguous situations with a record of success.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, customer focus, problem-solving, conflict management, time management and interpersonal skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated to ongoing professional development, skill enhancement, and fulfilling all necessary on-the-job training requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in building new data center sites<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of all the ongoing responsibilities in the Data Centre.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent General documentation skills with particular emphasis on technical processes and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in highly technical, multi-disciplined projects.<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding of data centre facilities and infrastructure including power, HVAC, structured cabling, rack management and security is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in ITIL process methodologies, CCNA, CompTIA Hardware is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CISCO, Juniper and other commodity networking devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Not sure if you meet every qualification?
