That\u2019s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you\u2019ve always envisioned.<\/span>WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE<\/b><\/span>As a Sales Specialist \u2013 Digital Marketing, you will:<\/span>Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of online advertising \/ social media marketing in your interactions<\/span>Hosting online video meetings that uncover customer business needs and present solutions that meet the customer’s advertising objectives<\/span>Identify customer sales objectives and marketing key performance indicators<\/span>Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI<\/span>Deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations<\/span>Monitor active client campaigns and provide timely enhancement recommendations<\/span>Provide feedback to leadership on product offerings and lessons learned<\/span>Identify and proactively recommend upsell opportunities to clients<\/span>Become a subject matter on client’s advertising platform, features, and available enhancements<\/span>Excellent written and verbal skills to best communicate with our client and team members<\/span>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/span>Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Sales Specialist \u2013 Digital Marketing role include:<\/span>2+ years of experience in digital marketing \/ advertising, social media sales, online media sales, B2B sales or related field required<\/span>Experience in Excel (Microsoft Office) and ability to demonstrate skills through assessment required<\/span>18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required<\/span>Proficiency in digital advertising ecosystems and social media platform technology<\/span>Aptitude for rapidly mastering and successfully selling a broad portfolio of digital advertising solutions<\/span>Experience leveraging CRM tools to track and convert leads across sales funnels<\/span>Proven experience managing multichannel sales funnels including inbound and outbound pipelines<\/span>Exceptional multichannel communication skills with experience engaging clients via virtual meetings, phone, chat and email<\/span>Experience building trusted relationships with senior decision makers and utilizing consultative selling techniques and solution positioning tailored product solutions<\/span>Comfortable in a dynamic fast-paced environment and with managing a sizable volume of client accounts<\/span>Proven ability in business development and both creating retaining new business relationships<\/span>Position is hybrid in Farmington Hills MI \u2013 Employees are required to be flexible to rotate working both onsite in person and remotely at home weekly<\/span>Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence<\/span>WHAT\u2019S IN IT FOR YOU<\/span>One of our company\u2019s Culture Beliefs says, \u201cWe champion our people.\u201d That\u2019s why we significantly invest in our game-changers, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers.
