From securing identities and modernizing platforms to preparing data for AI, we help enterprises unlock their full potential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As we continue to expand our SaaS and on-premise offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in the Toronto region.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within Strategic accounts. This role focuses on selling Quest\u2019s Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to IT and business decision-makers, with a strong emphasis on C-level engagement.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter with experience selling software solutions in a multi-state territory, leveraging both direct sales and channel partnerships.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>-New Business Development \u2013 Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Solution Selling \u2013 Effectively position Quest\u2019s Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to solve business challenges.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-C-Level Engagement \u2013 Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Sales Execution \u2013 Manage complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting to deal closure, leveraging a consultative sales approach.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Territory Management \u2013 Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across multiple states within the Eastern U.S.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Channel Collaboration \u2013 Work with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Market Intelligence \u2013 Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs in data governance and AI readiness.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>-10 years of B2B software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software is a plus.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends is preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Proven ability to sell to large Strategic accounts with a focus on C-level and IT leadership.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-A bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>-Travel as needed<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Company Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Quest Software builds the foundation for enterprise AI with solutions in data governance, cybersecurity, and platform modernization.
