If it\u2019s in your nature to work with passion, purpose, and tangible impact, join us and let\u2019s build the future of commerce together.<\/span>Job Summary<\/b><\/span>As an Outside Sales Executive, POS, you\u2019ll be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales of Genius\u00ae and related Global Payments technology solutions to small and mid-sized merchants across restaurant, retail, and service industries.<\/span>You\u2019ll manage the full sales cycle\u2014from lead generation and outreach to conducting in-person and virtual product demos and finalizing contracts\u2014within a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You\u2019ll collaborate closely with your District Manager and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from leadership to help you succeed.<\/span>Your mission: help business owners modernize their operations, improve customer experiences, and drive growth through innovative POS and payment technology.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Sell Genius\u00ae POS and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized merchants.<\/span>Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.<\/span>Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos showcasing how Genius\u00ae simplifies payment processing, inventory management, and customer engagement.<\/span>Partner with your District Manager to set appointments, identify opportunities, and close deals within a short sales cycle.<\/span>Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce CRM systems.<\/span>Upsell and cross-sell existing clients on additional Global Payments services.<\/span>Stay up to date on POS and fintech industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.<\/span>Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with leadership.<\/span>Desired Skills & Capabilities<\/span>Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.<\/span>Self-motivated, results-driven \u201chunter\u201d mindset.<\/span>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline.<\/span>Professional demeanor and integrity when working with clients and teammates.<\/span>Enjoys face-to-face relationship building with business owners.<\/span>Experience in restaurant and\/or retail environments is a plus.<\/span>Minimum Qualifications<\/b><\/span>18 years of age or older.<\/span>Valid driver\u2019s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.<\/span>Must reside within the area of the job posting.<\/span>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/span>High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).<\/span>Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.<\/span>Compensation<\/b><\/span>Base Salary: $40,000
