This role requires hands-on software IT Help Desk experience to IT Infrastructure team. Good knowledge of IT ticketing tools and problem solving is essential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u2705 Incident Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.<\/li>\n<li>Log, track, and update all incidents and service requests in the helpdesk system.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide first-line support for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u2705 Request Fulfillment: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and configure new user accounts, computers, and other devices.<\/li>\n<li>Install and update software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage user access to systems and applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u2705 Knowledge Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting resolutions and common issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u2705 User Training and Support: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance and training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Educate users on security protocols and IT policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u2705 Performance Monitoring and Reporting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor helpdesk performance and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports on ticket resolution times, user satisfaction, and common issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u2714\ufe0f Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Looking for a Fresher in a technical support or helpdesk role with great communication and confidence.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skills to be acquired<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\n       \u2714\ufe0f Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s\/master\u2019s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid working arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Annual performance-related bonus<\/li>\n<li>6x Flexi Holiday: knock 2.5 hours off your day<\/li>\n<li>Medical insurance coverage for extended family members.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging, fun &#038; inclusive culture: check out the MRI Software APAC Insta feed and stories!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About Us<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>From the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
