\n *Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback
\n *Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes
\n *Collaborate with senior developers and architects to ensure best practices and design patterns are followed
\n *Work closely with other team members, including project leads, business analysts and QA testers
