We\u2019re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests \/ transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit.<\/span>Position Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit<\/span>Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed<\/span>Report all system issues that may affect the operations<\/span>Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management<\/span>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree holder of any course<\/span>With at least 1 year data\/BPO experience as a requirement, \/BPO experience, can accept fresh graduates<\/span>Strong knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)<\/span>Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication<\/span>Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 35 words per minute, with 98% accuracy<\/span>Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications.
