{"id":139659,"date":"2026-02-15T10:59:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T10:59:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-senior-supply-planner-fmcg\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T10:59:26","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T10:59:26","slug":"were-hiring-senior-supply-planner-fmcg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-senior-supply-planner-fmcg\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Senior Supply Planner (FMCG)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Planner to join our team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability across all branches by developing accurate purchase plans, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning supply with sales, promotions, and distribution requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will act as the key liaison between Planning, Warehousing, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of the annual procurement plan and timely delivery of goods \u2014 while maintaining strong coordination with suppliers and adhering to their terms and constraints.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review the monthly statistical plan against supplier constraints and provide recommendations to the Procurement Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and propose purchase orders based on Planning Department needs and the monthly sales plan.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review the supplier purchase plan \u2014 monthly for Loacker, and quarterly or as needed for other suppliers \u2014 and submit it to the Procurement Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Review, match, and approve purchase orders to ensure target stock coverage (Sales Plan + Promotions Plan + Safety Stock) for all SKUs across all branches, considering:<\/li>\n<li>Available stock balances<\/li>\n<li>Scheduled orders<\/li>\n<li>Supplier constraints and lead times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up on quantities and delivery dates for scheduled purchase orders, and coordinate actual receipt with warehouses, while:<\/li>\n<li>Identifying deviations<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing root causes<\/li>\n<li>Measuring impact on stock availability<\/li>\n<li>Preparing weekly variance reports for relevant departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor actual sales performance vs. plan and identify deviations to ensure accurate order placement.<\/li>\n<li>Track the execution of the annual procurement plan for each supplier and recommend adjustments to meet targeted goals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to follow up on supplier promotions and report any non-execution to the Procurement Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit all required reports to the direct manager and relevant departments on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why Join the Our Family?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We don\u2019t just offer a job\u2014we invite you to become part of a family.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We believe in building lasting relationships and growing together, both professionally and personally.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Here\u2019s what you can look forward to as part of our team <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic work environment with real professional challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous training and development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Social and Medical insurance and additional benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We empower our team members with trust and responsibility.
