This role ensures timely and accurate billing, follows up on outstanding payments, and maintains strong coordination with the finance, project, and operations teams to safeguard SGS Saudi Arabia&#8217;s revenue streams and financial compliance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and issue invoices for all EHS projects and services accurately and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments, ensuring collection targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records, including invoice logs, payment receipts, and aging reports<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal teams (Project Managers, Finance, Operations) to resolve invoicing discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing and collections<\/li>\n<li>Generate periodic reports on billing status, collection performance, and outstanding accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements related to billing and collections<\/li>\n<li>Assist in process improvements to optimize invoicing efficiency and minimize collection delays<\/li>\n<li>Support for administration work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2-3 years&#8217; experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial administration, preferably within a corporate or project-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective follow-up with clients and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of EHS operations and services is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written Arabic &#038; English communication skills are essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jobviewtrack.com\/v2\/TkbiVBRTTXwqA41H9H4hqGP0kyW59shgH3tUHWtysbRVqGJzrbGddGRpxaXVfakLaTlEwjBYJktsm6jFd8ILYm6TpTHZfyrsKgJGi7HCK9LOVjcYTRX_1UxkAeuOOPFdq4PlIujYiEF0YQKrgD6m2InsegPqNFbr3YdwH6WAZn3GAN_mDt_4thZdAxJCQBFTxvXSmw_GPkKK3J66H67LLg?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description SGS is the world&#8217;s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company.
