{"id":139568,"date":"2026-02-15T10:56:21","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T10:56:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-translation-trainer\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T10:56:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T10:56:21","slug":"were-hiring-translation-trainer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-translation-trainer\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Translation Trainer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating training and development programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Emending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;<\/li>\n<li>Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;<\/li>\n<li>Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organisation\u2019s and the individual\u2019s needs;<\/li>\n<li>Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;<\/li>\n<li>Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> and senior managers at board level;
