You will be responsible for ensuring efficient room allocation, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining high standards of facility operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in English and possess a background in facilities management or a related field to ensure a thorough understanding of facility operations and management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee booking and allocation of rooms across various camps.<\/li>\n<li>Verify invoices and manage payments.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize room usage for guest and short stays.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance services.<\/li>\n<li>Address camp occupants&#8217; inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with vendors as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Onboard and conduct facility tours for new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Collect timely occupants&#8217; feedback and recommend improvement suggestions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Facility Manager in managing the budget for facility maintenance, operations, and room allocation across various camps.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on occupancy and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, facility management standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams to optimize space utilization and support office layout changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Educational Qualifications &#038; Work Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>High level of adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> DSV &#8211; Global Transport and Logistics<span class=\"br\"><\/span>DSV is a dynamic workplace that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
