The individual will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and customer-centric experiences that improve conversion rates, task completion, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). This role requires a strong grasp of UX principles, research methodologies, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering impactful design solutions aligned with business goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you&#8217;ll do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead UX design efforts across multiple sites and projects, adhering to established standards and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and manage stakeholder engagement on the UX roadmap to ensure business alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Influence Product Managers to align technology capabilities with strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage digital creative agencies and ensure output meets Group Commercial and EO UX standards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct primary and secondary research including interviews, surveys, market analysis, and web analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Create personas and analyse customer segments to inform design decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with project teams to define strategy, site architecture, navigation, and user flows.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in usability testing and evaluations to enhance user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Balance user-centric design with business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Work with stakeholders across multiple markets and organisational levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who you are<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum seven years&#8217; experience in online roles, with at least five years in Usability, Information Architecture, or Design.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in UX\/Interaction Design and\/or Information Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of mobile and web best practices, responsive design, and device optimisation.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial experience in Marketing, eCommerce, or Product Management.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and using content management systems (e.g., Adobe, Oracle WCS\/WCP).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with online analytics tools such as Web Trends or Omniture Site Catalyst.<\/li>\n<li>Strong comprehension of information architecture, usability methodologies, and editorial disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business, e-commerce, or web-related discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Not a perfect fit?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
