Together, with our 74, 000 employees worldwide that service Cigna, Express Scripts and other affiliate customers, we aspire to transform health services, making them more affordable and accessible to millions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are going through an exciting period of expansion; at the center of our International Health division\u2019s ambitious growth strategy, we are currently working towards multi-year effort to implement a consistent digital strategy for International Health.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The Position:<\/b><br \/>\n       Reporting to the QE Manager, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring on quality and on time delivery of test planning, test data preparation and execution activities in the delivery of Testing new or modified applications\/systems across multiple platforms. The Automation Engineer Analyst will be a highly skilled individual capable of performing both automation and functional\/manual testing with a passion for quality. They will partner with their Scrum Team and business colleagues on a journey of continuous learning and improvement to ensure ongoing optimization of our test automation capability in support of key strategic outcomes for our business.<br \/>\n       Working across our International Health IT Team to deliver successful Test Automation solutions enabling all methodologies with a focus on SAFe Agile, you will work with individuals from across the world, with both in-person and remote teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Main Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads and coordinates the test execution activities, which may involve manual or automated testing, or a combination of both.<\/li>\n<li>Build &#038; maintain the automation for critical &#038; complex business applications<\/li>\n<li>Product understanding and creating test automation scripts for In-sprint &#038; regression testing<\/li>\n<li>Creating and executing test scripts in test management tool and reporting bugs<\/li>\n<li>Determine priority for test cases and create effective execution plans with maximum coverage<\/li>\n<li>Participate in PI &#038; Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies<\/li>\n<li>Track &#038; report automation progress as per PI plan<\/li>\n<li>Develop skills in new automation tools to improve the automation penetration<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards implementation of new ideas &#038; solutions<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to the organization&#8217;s Quality Engineering best practices and help to drive changes to achieve more efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Identify &#038; Support Automation and DevOps opportunities; looking at efficiencies in \u2018In Sprint\u2019 Automation as well as Regression as we develop our CI\/CD pipelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least two, typically five or more years\u2019 experience in a system quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 Yrs. experience in QE &#8211; Test Automation<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 Yrs. experience in automation of mobile app testing with Appium (using real devices with emulators and Browser Stack)<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 Yrs. experience of REST API testing (Manual\/automation using Postman and other tools using java).<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 Yrs. Experience in Programming language preferably Java<\/li>\n<li>Good experience in SQL<\/li>\n<li>Experience of accessibility testing and automating accessibility checks<\/li>\n<li>Experience of test automation in BDD process<\/li>\n<li>Experience of developing custom automation solutions &#038; functions<\/li>\n<li>Experience of doing deep failure analysis to address automation failures<\/li>\n<li>Good experience of working in all phases of Test Cycles (Test Design, Test Reviews, Test Execution, Defect management &#038; reporting)<\/li>\n<li>Experience of running the test execution through CI\/CD pipelines<\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of the Software Delivery Lifecycle with specific expertise of Software Testing<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of working within an Agile environment<\/li>\n<li>Competent user of Microsoft office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently, leading a team or as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate accuracy and possess a keen eye for detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable Skills and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in web automation using other automation tools &#038; frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Codeless automation tools experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementation of CI\/CD pipeline using Jenkins\/Azure DevOps<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Health Insurance Industry<\/li>\n<li>Good to have experience in Salesforce testing<\/li>\n<li>Experience on Test Management tools like Zephyr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> About The Cigna Group<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
