{"id":138953,"date":"2026-02-14T08:18:33","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T08:18:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-murex-reporting-ba\/"},"modified":"2026-02-14T08:18:33","modified_gmt":"2026-02-14T08:18:33","slug":"were-hiring-murex-reporting-ba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-murex-reporting-ba\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Murex Reporting BA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Project description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Large bank in Saudi is looking for Murex reporting BA for their Murex greenfield implementation project.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the Murex system setup at the client, organisation of the support teams, end of day procedures and the report delivery process<\/li>\n<li>Collect and provide detailed technical specifications \/ business requirement specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a generic datamodel and then create datamart objects as required for the reports.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile report extraction output with the onscreen \/ mreport output.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse differences caused by adding or removing some filter conditions \/ dynamic table flags \/ launcher flags.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse datamart setup and the table structures for the purpose of identifying redundant objects, to minimise execution time of batches, and to seek possibility of reuse of objects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SKILLS<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Must have<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience on MX3.1 Datamart. 10-12 yrs of experience. Not more than15+.<\/li>\n<li>Must have working experience as reporting BA.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Murex system as a whole<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of MX reporting architecture, MX datamodel, and MX Datamart configuration<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with mxres configuration files, and launcher flags<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of Datamart objects &#8211; dynamic tables, feeders, batch of feeders, scanner templates etc.<\/li>\n<li>Exposed to Mreports; Mreport to Datamart migration experience is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Technical skills &#8211; Very good knowledge of SQL (Sybase and Oracle), At least one reporting tool (Actuate, Crystal reports, Micro Strategy), Basic unix commands<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Trade Life Cycle<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge on financial instruments such as Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Swaps, Futures, Options, FRA, etc..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice to have<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>NA<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa4230bca6f7c91c024e96b27dd003f225?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project description Large bank in Saudi is looking for Murex reporting BA for their Murex greenfield implementation project.
