Join us on our mission to shoot for the stars!<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: iv><\/span>Contribute as an individual engineer on implementing new feature or enhancing existing feature for the product.<\/span>Participate in all aspects of product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing.<\/span>Coordinate and participate in software design and code review.<\/span>Create and execute unit, integration and system tests.<\/span>Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.<\/span>To meet project’s deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.<\/span>Adhere to the team’s performance and quality metrics.<\/span>To collect and analyze data affecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).<\/span>Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.<\/span>Apply good communication and interpersonal skills toward solving problems in a team environment.<\/span>Basic Requirements<\/b><\/span>Currently pursuing a Master\u2019s \/ Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Telecommunications \/ Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Candidates with strong technical and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.<\/span>Good programming skills in C\/C++.<\/span>Knowledge \/ Experience with 3G \/ LTE \/ DMR specs is a plus.<\/span>Ability to work independently and communicate well (verbally & in written form) across different functional teams.<\/span>Flexible to accommodate short notice work arrangement due to project \/ business need.<\/span>Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang<\/span>#LI-MK2<\/span>Travel Requirements None<\/span>Relocation Provided None<\/span>Position Type Intern<\/span>Referral Payment Plan No<\/span>EEO Statement<\/span>Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
