\n The Project Control Manager Engineer for the Abu Qir Metro (AQM) will oversee all project control aspects for this underground construction initiative. The role requires a highly skilled professional in project management, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.<\/span>**Key Responsibilities:**<\/b><\/span>1. **Project Planning and Scheduling:**
\n – Develop and manage the project schedule using advanced techniques.
\n – Collaborate with project teams to establish milestones and monitor progress, identifying and addressing delays promptly.<\/span>2. **Cost Control and Budget Management:**
\n – Prepare and oversee the project budget, ensuring alignment with scope.
\n – Conduct cost analyses to identify variances and implement corrective actions, overseeing invoicing processes.<\/span>3. **Risk Management:**
\n – Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, conducting assessments and establishing contingency plans.<\/span>4. **Reporting and Documentation:**
