Works closely with product owners and collaborates with engineers<br \/>\n       across multiple teams within the same domain. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key<br \/>\n       contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and share expertise.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Core Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience shipping and maintaining at least one major app on the App Store\/Play Store.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Dart language and Flutter framework internals, including widget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and performance tuning. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accessibility and internationalization best practices in Flutter.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with advanced state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod) and dependency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> injection. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practical experience integrating Flutter with native iOS and Android modules using \u201cAdd to App\u201d and platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> channels. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in writing and maintaining unit, widget, and integration tests for robust application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> quality. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track record of delivering projects end-to-end from design and implementation to testing and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Gradle, Fastlane, etc.) and automated build processes for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> mobile apps. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in mobile applications.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience deploying and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play, including release<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> management. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience collaborating in diverse, cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within engineering teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We believe that benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
