Then why not come and join us at the Radisson Hotel Group to Make Every Moment Matter! where our guests can relax and enjoy their stay!<\/span>The role is far more than just handing out towels, in the Leisure department we are committed not only to ensure that facilities are as they should be but striving to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation – creating memorable moments for our guests.<\/span>As Spa & Recreation Receptionist, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!<\/span>Interested then why not say Yes I Can! as we are looking for passionate people just like you!<\/span>Key Responsibilities of the Spa & Recreation Receptionist:<\/span>-TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span>PROVIDING PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE IN VIKING CLUB<\/span>\u00b7 Reports directly to and communicates with the Administrative Assistant or his\/her instruction and input on all pertinent matters affecting the daily operation.<\/span>\u00b7 Greet guest accordingly to standards stipulated under current Policy & Procedure, ensuring a warm friendly welcome to members and guests.<\/span>\u00b7 Explain clearly the information about Viking Club\u2019s facilities and other information such as membership details and etc.<\/span>\u00b7 Handle members and guests complaints courteously and if unable to resolve refer to Supervisor \/ Manager immediately.<\/span>\u00b7 Completing daily opening procedures and checking lists per relevant area.<\/span>\u00b7 In charge of billing procedure (daily entry fees, classes and lockers).<\/span>\u00b7 Responsible in doing daily end report and reconciliation.<\/span>\u00b7 Follow up store requisitions and purchase request, requested by the Admin Assistant.<\/span>\u00b7 Handles Telephone and courtesy manners as per company policy.<\/span>SECURITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY<\/span>\u00b7 Is fully conversant with the hotel\u2019s credit policy<\/span>\u00b7 Informs Executive Housekeeper regarding lost and found objects<\/span>\u00b7 Liaises with Security in investigation of thefts, accidents, and irregularities<\/span>\u00b7 Ensures that all potential and real hazards are reported and removed immediately<\/span>\u00b7 Fully understands the hotel\u2019s fire, emergency, and bomb procedures<\/span>\u00b7 Ensures that emergency procedures are enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees<\/span>\u00b7 Supports a safe hotel by applying hotel regulations, and adhering to existing laws and regulations<\/span>\u00b7 Anticipates possible and probable hazards and conditions and takes action to prevent them from happening.<\/span>MISCELLANEOUS<\/span>\u00b7 Responsible Business: show involvement and be interested in environmental and\/or social issues by participating in Responsible Business hotel and departmental activities<\/span>\u00b7 Attends meetings and training required by the Director of Recreation<\/span>\u00b7 Accepts flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests<\/span>\u00b7 Continuously seeks to endeavor and improve the Viking Club efficient operation, and knowledge of own job function<\/span>\u00b7 Is well updated on:
\n – Hotel fire, bomb and emergency procedures
\n – Hotel health and safety policies and procedures
\n – Hotel facilities and nearby sights of interest and importance (i.e. hospitals,
\n stations, tourist sights)
\n – Short and long term hotel as well as corporate marketing and promotional
\n programs
\n – Corporate clients and clients generating high business volume
\n – Union agreements<\/span>CONSTRAINTS:<\/span>\u00b7 Is not allowed to sign purchase requests.<\/span>\u00b7 Is not allowed to approve discounts or complimentary checks.<\/span>\u00b7 Is not allowed to sign doctor permissions.<\/span>\u00b7 Is not allowed to approve sick leave or days off for Employees.<\/span>\u00b7 Is not allowed to bring out any hotel equipment or manuals.
