Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.<\/span>Our values shape the way we consult, and manage.<\/span>Client focus \u2013 Deliver on our promise:<\/span>You will manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.<\/span>You will be accountable for the preparation of contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses to achieve formal execution by appropriate parties.<\/span>You will manage costing associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges, and present these to clients.<\/span>Accountable for the preparation of contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses and assist formal execution by the appropriate parties.<\/span>Advises on administration of the terms of the construction works or services contracts.<\/span>Measures and provides valuations of the work carried out and adjust variations in accordance with the terms of the contract to agree with the contractor.<\/span>Ensures adequate cost control and reporting services during the contract.<\/span>Supervises the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client.<\/span>Identifies costs associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges.<\/span>Oversees and engages in the evaluation of claims for delay and additional costs made by the contractor and any nominated subcontractors\/suppliers.<\/span>Advises on the issuing of certificates of practical completion and ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed.<\/span>Advises on issue of certificate of making good defects and final completion in accordance with any requirements relating to completion, submissions and approvals.<\/span>Manages cost consultant, providing guidance, direction and coaching and performance management.<\/span>Delivers improvements in systems and processes, driving transformational change.<\/span>Manages & provides leadership to a team of managers and professionals, ensuring the principles, structures, tools\/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to deliver area plans and deliver excellence.<\/span>Provides performance management, technical development and coaching.<\/span>Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans\/identifies key business improvements.<\/span>Develops & maintains a series of both internal and external relationships.<\/span>Manages & influences key\/senior stakeholders. * Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.<\/span>Integrity \u2013 Always do the right thing:<\/span>You will manage centres of excellence, mace way control centre and knowledge hub.<\/span>You will manage cost consultants to identify and execute opportunities that improve cost management procedures, templates and products to enhance services provided to stakeholders.<\/span>You\u2019ll need to have:<\/span>Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects\/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.<\/span>Relevant bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent). * 15+ yrs
