From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.<\/span>Job Description The SailPoint Engineer\/Developer role requires experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), for core development, integration, and optimization of enterprise identity solutions. This position provides the opportunity to lead key development initiatives, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while expanding expertise in the evolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. We are considering candidates at multiple levels from Consultant II to Expert levels.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Design, develop, and maintain connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support automated provisioning and de-provisioning.<\/span>Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.<\/span>Configure modules including Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to address complex business and compliance requirements.<\/span>Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure stability and compliance.<\/span>Contribute to CI\/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development and release cycles.<\/span>Adapt to dynamic work demands, including providing flexible coverage as needed.<\/span>Essential Skills<\/b><\/span>5\u201310+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.<\/span>3 years minimum of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development (workflow rule or equivalent)<\/span>5+ years of strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.<\/span>Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including operating systems (Windows\/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.<\/span>Knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.<\/span>Desirable Skills<\/b><\/span>Experience with IAM tools such as IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance.<\/span>Certifications including CompTIA Security+, SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer, or other IAM product-specific credentials.<\/span>Experience integrating with directories (AD, LDAP), identity providers, HR systems, databases, and various applications.<\/span>Supervisory Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>This job does not have supervisory duties.<\/span>Skills Access Management, Access Management, Adaptability, Application Hosting, Application Programming Interface (API), Business, Cloud Platform, Compliance, Compliance Requirements, Defect Resolution, Design, Ecosystems, ERP Applications, Functional Designs, IAM Tools, Identity Access Management (IAM), Integration Testing, Issue Management, Java, JavaScript, LDAP Authentication, Policy Management, RESTful APIs, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), SailPoint IdentityIQ {+ 1 more}<\/span>Compensation Salary range by level:
