Job description:<\/b>
\n – A warehouse keeper is required for a construction project in Jeddah
\n – Working hours: 8 hours<\/span>Objective of the job:
\n – Managing and organizing the warehouse for the construction project, and ensuring the accurate and safe receipt, storage and disbursement of materials and equipment, in a way that supports the workflow on site without delay or waste.<\/span>Tasks and responsibilities:<\/b>
\n – Receiving construction materials and equipment and matching them with purchase orders and invoices
\n – Inspect received materials and ensure their quality, quantities and condition
\n – Organizing and arranging materials inside the warehouse according to the principles of proper storage and safety
\n – Distributing materials to the site according to approved requests and recording them accurately
\n – Follow up warehouse balances and prepare periodic reports (daily\/weekly\/monthly)
\n – Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the warehouse and adhering to safety procedures
\n – Coordination with project management and procurement regarding deficiencies and needs
\n – Report any damage, loss or non-conforming materials
\n – Use inventory systems or records (manual or electronic)
\n – Participate in the periodic and surprise inventory of the warehouse
