We&#8217;re at the forefront of innovation in the engineering and construction landscape, redefining boundaries and consistently raising the bar for excellence.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As an accountant at Mapa, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records as per IFRS standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities on the site. You will work closely with project and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations, cash flow reporting, and ERP-based accounting processes. And you will be flexible to work in the remote site locations with company provided best facilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and control project\/site financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, inventory and petty cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing records, adjustments, and general accounting processes within SAP\/ERP systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for site operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting internal and external audit processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation, cost allocation, and variance analysis for ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of material, labor, and subcontractor costs to support project cost control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements, supplier\/vendor accounts, and site expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing project-based cash flow reports and conducting financial analyses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa62c9d613c78cac9e4ef1abb86b643aac?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Us: At Mapa, we&#8217;re a globally recognized engineering and construction company with a footprint that extends across three continents.
