Working closely with PMO Project Managers, Creative Studio leads, and internal stakeholders, the Vendor Manager ensures vendor-supported work is properly scoped, funded, aligned to priorities, and delivered consistently.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In addition to vendor coordination, this role may support delivery of select Tier 1\u20133 initiatives as needed, providing hands-on project management support to ensure continuity and execution.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Vendor Manager uses the project management tool (Workfront) to track vendor-supported work, maintain visibility into timelines, scopes, and budgets, and support reporting across initiatives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Vendor Coordination, Scopes &#038; Delivery (35%) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate day-to-day delivery of work with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure vendor scopes, SOWs, and deliverables align to approved project requirements<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors on assigned initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure vendor work is delivered on time, on scope, and in alignment with expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Budget &#038; Contract Alignment (25%) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track vendor budgets, spend, and burn against approved scopes and SOWs<\/li>\n<li>Partner with PMO and internal stakeholders to align budgets to timelines and delivery plans<\/li>\n<li>Support contract, SOW, and change management processes as scope or priorities evolve<\/li>\n<li>Flag budget risks, overruns, or scope changes early<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> PMO, Creative Studio &#038; Vendor Alignment (20%) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with PMO Project Managers to align vendor work to approved priorities and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Creative Studio leads to ensure vendor output integrates with internal workflows<\/li>\n<li>Support effective handoffs between internal teams and external partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Tracking, Performance &#038; Process Compliance (10%) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track vendor-supported work within the project management tool (Workfront), maintaining accurate statuses and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor vendor performance against timelines, quality expectations, and process adherence<\/li>\n<li>Support dashboards and reporting related to vendor delivery and utilization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Project Management Support (10%) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide project management support on select Tier 1\u20133 initiatives as needed<\/li>\n<li>Support intake, scheduling, and execution to maintain continuity across PMO-managed work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience managing vendors, agencies, or external partners in a marketing or creative environment. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets, scopes, and SOWs across multiple vendors<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience using project management tools to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables (Workfront preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and shifting priorities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> If you&#8217;re looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
