May also be roles that are part of Corporate or Business Unit Kaizen Promotion Offices (KPO).<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>The Continuous Improvement & Transformation Leader is responsible for driving problem-solving excellence, business transformation, and operational improvements across the Radiopharma organization. This role owns the systems, tools, and processes used to resolve issues, enhance productivity, shorten cycle times, and deliver sustainable change. The leader oversees PSP execution, cross-functional issue resolution, and the Radiopharma transformation roadmap, while ensuring alignment between operational improvements and financial outcomes. This position plays a critical role in building process excellence, leading change, and delivering KPI-driven insights for senior leadership.<\/span>Core Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>– PSP Leadership and Improvement Prioritization: Lead the Problem Solving Process (PSP), prioritize improvement opportunities, and coach teams on structured problem-solving methodologies.<\/span>– Cross-Functional Issue Resolution: Drive alignment and collaboration across functions to resolve systemic issues and eliminate bottlenecks and recurring defects.<\/span>– Radiopharma Transformation Roadmap: Own the RP transformation roadmap, including planning, milestone tracking, and reporting progress to senior leadership.<\/span>– Productivity, Predictability & Cycle-Time Improvement: Lead initiatives that improve productivity, throughput, and cycle-time performance across the business.<\/span>– Process Excellence & Change Leadership: Champion process excellence, deploy best practices, standard work, process governance, and lead change management activities.<\/span>– Apply the ADKAR change management framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) to plan and execute change strategies that drive adoption and sustain business outcomes.<\/span>Required Qualifications<\/b><\/span>– BA or BS degree<\/span>– 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, transformation, or change management, preferably in a healthcare environment.<\/span>– Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, or similar methodologies.<\/span>– Proven ability to drive change and lead improvement initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.<\/span>– Strong analytical capability with experience developing KPI dashboards, insights, and performance reporting.<\/span>– Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.<\/span>Desired Characteristics<\/b><\/span>– Master\u2019s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.<\/span>– Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or higher).<\/span>– Experience leading enterprise-level transformation programs.<\/span>– Strong systems-thinking and process design capabilities.<\/span>– Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.<\/span>– High comfort with ambiguity and evolving business needs.<\/span>– Demonstrated ability to connect operational performance to<\/span>– Preferred candidate will be in central time zone.<\/span>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and\/or long term incentives (LTI).
