You will blend creativity with data-driven insights to enhance communications, strengthen client relationships, and boost overall engagement, retention, and market growth. What You&#8217;ll Do:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Marketing, Communications &#038; Public Relations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing, communications, and PR programs that enhance the University Dining brand.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Oversee marketing content and communications across all channels, including publications, digital media, and social platforms.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all internal and external communications.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Conduct market research with a strong emphasis on student engagement to identify trends and develop optimized strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead key initiatives such as meal plan sales campaigns, retail revenue growth, and special events.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage the production, distribution, and quality of all dining-related marketing collateral, including print, social media, websites, and logo usage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Planning &#038; Budgeting<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop short- and long-term strategic marketing and communication plans, including annual budgets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Track performance against mission, goals, and financial targets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Implement evaluation and reporting systems to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Monitor workflows, systems, and processes to ensure efficient operation of marketing and communication functions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Client Relations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Serve as a strategic partner to University Dining leadership and internal teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Coordinate key client-facing communications, including annual plans and semester business reviews.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Participate in client meetings to align marketing programs with university goals, values, and expectations. What You Bring:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within Hospitality, Foodservice, or Education settings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience designing and executing comprehensive annual marketing, communications, and PR plans.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Demonstrated success managing multi-channel communication strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience developing and managing budgets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating with clients and stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hands-on experience overseeing design and production of print and digital materials.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven track record of driving improvements, influencing stakeholders, and managing change.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.
