It helps our customers to thrive, communities to progress and supports sustainable development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation Business as the Business Excellence Executive and help us digitalize and automate business processes to enhance operational efficiencies and making it a smarter place for tomorrow.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your Role \u2013 International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As the Business Excellence Executive, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead initiatives to digitalize and automate business processes to enhance operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve overall performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drives and supports analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitates best practice sharing in the responsible organizational unit and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Your Qualifications and Skills \u2013 Digital and Solid!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in business process management, digital transformation, and automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ERP systems, and other business management software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What Else Do You Need to Know?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At Siemens, we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
