All Day Dining"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Main Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Administration<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure that the team have good knowledge of food and beverage and take responsibility for the delivery of this knowledge to the guest<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure that all staff arrive for and finish shifts at correct time<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Develop strategies to ensure staff are correctly managed and staff problems can be remedied<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure that tables are arranged and set up accordingly<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure that service stations are correctly arranged and set-up<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure that all staff are familiar with correct billing procedures<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Maintain all equipment in good condition and ensure staff are trained to handle all of it.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Arrange daily meetings for staff\/attend daily meetings<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Attend all training sessions arranged by Palazzo Versace.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure up-to-date training materials are circulated to relevant staff<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure small groups of VIP guests are catered for according to Palazzo Versace standards<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensure correct quality and presentation of all dishes and drinks is being communicated to staff<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Conduct and attend all meetings in absence of managers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Financials<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7Ensuring that outlet operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining standards in terms of food, service, health &#038;
