Pangle is the Ad Network of TikTok for Business, connecting worldwide advertisers with 1B+ DAUs through thousands of locally popular publishers. Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n – Provide technical support for cross-functional partners and provide professional troubleshooting solutions to resolve customer issues.
\n – Conduct training sessions and seminars: Assist partners to finish SDK or DSP integration and ensure the normal operation of cooperation.
\n – Assist the business development team in collecting and organizing feedback from developers. Also, feedback should be given to the product managers to help with product feature updates.
\n – Give ad monetization optimization suggestions and share with partners the best practices through data analysis. Also being able to summarize technical documents and FAQs.
\n – Familiar with advertising monetization products, SDK, or Ad exchange platforms.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Minimum Qualifications:<\/b>
\n – Undergraduate\/ Postgraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience), with experience as a service-based engineer
\n – Proficient in Android\/iOS. Ability to use SQL for data query. Possess a solid programming foundation.
\n – Have good communication skills, logic skills, learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility;
\n – Be able to adapt to the fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
\n -Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.<\/p>\n
